Richard originally competed a degree in Civil Engineering at UCT, before he discovered his passion for business and financial management which led to Richard completing the UCT accounts conversion course and qualifying as Chartered Accountant in 2006.

Prior to founding Integral Financial Management in August 2007 Richard worked for Deloitte Internationally. During this period the concept for Integral Financial Management was conceived based on Richard experience in Deloitte’s Entrepreneur services as well as exposure to internationally listed companies.
